We target established B2B industrial or technical services businesses in the UK and EU, with ÂŁ1-10m EBITDA, low disruption risk, essential products, stable cash flow, and diversified customers or suppliers.
Ideal situations include retirement sales, MBOs, or corporate carve-outs where the brand is known and the offering is important but a small share of customer spend.
